Pastor Philip Gonzales oversees the "Agape Christian Training Center" on the island of Mindanao, in the city of Cabadbaran. Pastor Philip has helped to establish several satellite churches, which led to the need for well-trained pastors. This Bible training program has teachers and students from various area churches. Many graduates have returned to serve in their local church, while others have gone on to pioneer new church ministries.
